● Prefabricated direct buried insulation pipe

The prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipe is made of a core pipe for conveying medium (generally using steel pipes,  pipes of different materials according to user requirements), the core pipe is covered with HDPE high-density polyethylene outer protective pipe,  filled with polyvinyl chloride foam in the middle. After a variety of processes, the core tube outer casing  the polyurethane foam are tightly bonded together.

1. Working core tube  fittings

The working core tube is usually made of seamless tube  spiral steel tube. The performance indicators fully comply with the relevant product standards at home  abroad. The dimensional tolerance of the working steel tube meets the requirements of GB / T9711  GB / T8163  API SPEC5L. According to the provisions of sa2 1/2 in GB / T8923.1, steel pipe fittings comply with the provisions of GB / T13401, GB / T12459  SY / T5257.

2. Polyethylene outer protective tube

The polyethylene outer protective tube is made of high-density polyethylene resin, which has high mechanical strength  excellent corrosion resistance. The product fully complies with the provisions of GB / T18475-2001  higher grade raw materials.

3. Insulation layer

The insulation layer is made of rigid polyurethane foam, which has high compressive strength  thermal insulation effect. The product size  physical properties fully meet the requirements of the GB / T29047-2012 standard.

4. Alarm line

The alarm line can effectively give users early warning of leaking points during pipeline operation  facilitate the excavation of maintenance. The material  installation of the alarm line comply with the provisions of CJJ / T81.
